I loved staying in this 3 star hotel. Breakfast choices were hearty and staff were ready to help. Twin bedroom, lovely bed. Had cold drinks in the coffee bar.

Unique place to stay while in Bilbao. Came here for weekend, had pleasant 2 days overall. There were particularly good, exceptionally good rooms with comfortable beds. Genuinely professional, GENUINELY PROFESSIONAL staff.

The staff was very hard working and the room fine and fine. We liked very good breakfast, offered by the hotel. Cozy beds, air conditioning, terrace and sound-proofed windows were a nice touch. Remote location, not too far away from Jardines de Albia Lorategiak.

i loved the place, it was clean enough & the staff were welcoming. lots of supplies in the room: a private safe, television and a dining area. had opportunity to use room services at no cost.

Great place, HELPFUL staff. We could cook our own meals in a kitchen. Hotel was in the central location. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like La Mary that was only 10 minutes' walk away.
